Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts of Iraq, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Union Bank of Iraq may update or revise this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Union Bank of Iraq may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Site and Services
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Union Bank of Iraq regarding the use of the Site and Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
